Can I drink V8 juice??? I know I should know this answer, but am not sure. I got a tiny can from the kitchen here @ work and am not sure if it's advised or not.

No, you don't want to. As Dr Atkins said, when you drink the vegetable juice you're straining out the fibre that makes the vegetables nutritious and not going right to the bloodstream. Once the fiber is removed you're left with a blood sugar rush. -
