  • Black Soy beans

Have any of you tried these? I know they are not on induction but I decided to try them tonight. They have 8g carbs, but 7g fiber. I think for like a 1/2c. I didn't eat that many just sprinkled them over my taco salad. They were pretty good, didn't have a texture quite like regular beans but can be a good substitute!

I guess no one has heard of them? i will try the main forum... hmmmm they were pretty good, not something I would eat often but for the fiber and carb content they were great!

I answered you in the other forum. Contrary to what I saw posted there, the only reason I didn't answer your post here is because I didn't see it. And you're right, this forum is not an "Induction only STAC" at least that is not the way its been promoted.

              Re: Black Soy beans

Where do you find black soy beans? I've looked for them in a couple large grocery stores and haven't been able to find the silly things! Are they in the health food area or with regular canned veggies?

              Thanks!
