after 6 months im back, and scared

I used to be part of this forum a while back ago and was doing fantastic and i lost almost 60 pounds!! but then my family and i caught the stomach flu and it all went downhill from there. In-laws, family trip, many things contributing to my excuses of why i will "go back on the diet later". well i gained back 30 + pounds and have been feeling the most awful i have ever felt in my life. i cant even describe the depression i have been going through. Thats why tomorrow morning i am starting this woe again and HOPING i can do it this time. I am really scared i am going to give in again. It seems so easy. But i know if i can get through the first few days i will be fine. I have really missed this board a ton and i find it amazing when i see all the people i remember and how wonderful they all look! great job guys! anyways, wish me luck!!! i know i am

Jump right on that wagon and start with a nice clean 2 week induction to give yourself a real shot at success.
