    No, im not talking about MEAT, im talking about your day!!! Hehe

    Welp its 1:30 EST, day is half over, considering I konck out at about 9 pm, lol. Im sucha loser!!! No cheats, have had like 4 bottles of water, soon to be 5. Im already feeling the withdraws of having no carbs. I feel like total poo poo
    This morning I felt rambuncious, then lunch time rolled around and I just flatlined! Had a salad with some buff chix for lunch, and only could muster down a few bites. Ive never been one to get the so called induction flu, but maybe this time is different...

    Anyways enough about me, how about you???

    great job! im having a hard time. i have 2 kids and they have been eating their pasta and cookies.... really hard to see them eat all of that . but i'm getting through it. in some ways its almost a relief that im not eating those things because i know im not gaining weight, im loosing.... and im eating way more fattier things then they are. i just have to realize that every minute that goes buy im loosing weight. but keep up the great work!!

      Well it's now 1:20 here so I guess I am half done too. Mostly all morning all I had was protein other than and oz of cheese so went out for lunch and had a chef salad (lettuce, tomatoe, turkey, ham, oz of cheddar cheese, one egg, and bacon with ranch dressing) menu said total of 9 carbs for the salad and 1 carb per oz for the dressing. And I am working on my 3rd or 4th 20 oz bottle of water and I had a glass of water with lunch. So far it's going good.
