Good Morning Shashee...and everyone! It's a beautiful sunny fall day here...and I'm feeling pretty good again today...even though I didn't lose any pounds..yet...I "feel" thinner today...sounds crazy, but it's a good feeling nonetheless

I have a luncheon today for a co-worker who is leaving...we are going to Chili's so very easy to stay legal and enjoy the meal.

Hello everyone. Same sunny day here high going to be in mid 80's so cooled down a bit from yesterday from 90's. I am on day 6 of strict induction and doing it well this time. I am having sad feelings today for a friend that is having a hard time but I am determined NOT to eat my way thru these feelings.

Walmart has better customer service than Target. I am mad at Target, and its only 10AM!

Awwww Cleo...wish you could have joined me for lunch at Chili's...but know this, you were in my thoughts while I was munching my nice legal lunch of Bacon /Cheddar burger w/Mayo and Broccoli w/buttersauce on the side...oh and a mini mound of shredded lettuce I scoffed down two big mugs of water too

My coworker enjoyed herself which was the main thing, and we all got a two hour lunch Now that will make the afternoon go quite fast

Hope everyone's afternoon is going well...and it's getting much closer to Friday!!!
