  • Were did you first...

    loose the weight? Was it all around or in a certian spot? I think I have notice my legs and stomach. Yet I was bad and didn't measure first, I measured last night so we will see next week.

    So how did your loss first show? Then how did it progress? I suppose it is different for everyone, just curious!

    This is funny. i am still in the initial stages, but my bid loss areas are my KNEES, ankles, neck and hips. I never thought I would see such a drop in my knees... LOL

    Daily Goals:
    No wasted carbs.
    Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
    Exercise 60 minutes 5x week
    Get in the right veggies.

        I have to think about that...what's deflated the most one me, droops the farthest and is sagging? It'd be pretty much everything! My hips is where I've lost the most (I think), but I have batwings now from all the arm-loss. Now I'm thinking if I stand on the roof on a windy day I can play flying squirrel! Wheeeeeeeee!

          Well since I just started yesterday I cant tell yet.. But last time I lost in my face, then feet, then hands... then my tummy and hips.. In like 4 months I went down about a shoe size and a half! I didnt know it was possible to lose shoe sizes like that!

            My hips and legs starting first. All of my pants are big in the hips and legs now but still fit in the waist. So their just like hanging from the waist. LOL But this is how I put it on and they say it comes off the same way it came on. First my legs and hips got bigger, then my arms and boobs, then my waist was last to fill out.

              I lost on my boobs first, and the most, so far. I've lost 29.5lbs overall, and in my boobs alone, I lost about 6 or 7 inches (I can't remember exactly - the sheet where its all written down is at home!) Craaaazy.

              Now I'm finding the loss is happening in my thunder thighs and my tummy ponch. I'm hoping the tummy ponch will go away in the next 10 lbs!

                YOu should check with the FAA first.. that lawnchair guy got into a lot of trouble.

                      I lose in my fingers first, loose rings. At least that is what I notice! Then, my boobs and finally my face. I can never seem to stay focused long enough to notice more than that.

                      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                      what the rungs mean to me:
                      rung 1 - more veggies
                      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                      rung 4 - berries, melon
                      rung 5 - wine -
                      rung 6 - beans, hummus
                      rung 7 - other fruits
                      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                      (on to pre-maintenance)
