    Yesterday I brought a big fruit bowl home from work (leftovers from a meeting) for my kids. It had pineapple, honeydew, red grapes, and cantaloupe. Needless to say I had some. Last night we also went to a UNLV women's soccer game and everyone was eating nachos, popcorn, hotdogs, etc. I bought a bunless hotdog. I remained good for the rest of the evening.

    What kind of damage do you think that I did by eating about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of fruit?

    I dont think you wouldve done much damage weight wise, but I do know its gonna cause you some bad cravings!!!!!!! Lots of sugar in those fruits you mentioned. Berries wouldve been a better alternative. I think youll be fine, just drink lots of water!! I think of it this way, fruits are natural sugars, atleast you didnt eat bread and the nachos! Honestly, If i was to need something sweet, I would swing for a piece of fruit before eating candy or cakes or anything!

      well if you jump back on your plan right a way and minimize the carb harn you have done you should be okay. BUT if that binge causes you to fall victim of the high carb sireens then you have done major damage to your plan.

      Then there is that slippery slope mental attitude if you don't have any trouble you think "well I cheated on fruit before and nothing bad happened so I can do it again." Soon it is a cheat a day and you are once again out of control and needed another time around in induction to regain your conrol.

        Luckily I didn't get any cravings from the fruit I ate. I just won't eat fruit often. I do love pineapple though!
