  • day 2 here we go

    today is day 2 for me im having some tuna with mayo as we speak then i will be heading for the gym. i really need to come on here everyday to make sure of a clean induction

      good for you jay! Plan ahead for the next couple of days. Plan for good stuff, too. Maybe a big juicy steak. Check in often, though. That really does help me!

      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
      what the rungs mean to me:
      rung 1 - more veggies
      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
      rung 4 - berries, melon
      rung 5 - wine -
      rung 6 - beans, hummus
      rung 7 - other fruits
      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
      (on to pre-maintenance)

        This is also my Day 2 of Re-induction. I just finished eating lunch: crustless quiche with ham & sausage, and a caesar salad. YUM.

        Today's one of those days when I wish I still belonged to the gym. It's downright nasty out there! No chance of this girl exercising outside today, unless swimming through puddles counts.

          Day 2 here as well...just ate lunch...Wendy's Caesar Side salad & a Classic Double w/Cheese (plain/no bun). Oh wait...I just finished the Classic...now on ot the salad.

          Drinking my water too...not quite ready to add excercise yet...next week though.

            it sure is nasty today but rain or shine we can do this diet . i like that masswhole pretty cute!!!!!

                You can get one of those tickers at either tickerfactory.com, 3fatchicks.com, or there are some others. You should be able to click on anyone's ticker and it will take you to the site where you can create your own. They'll give you a code when it's done and you just cut & paste that into your signature (found under User CP). Hope that helps!
