  • Is there a Tuesday check-in thread?

    If so, oops! I'll lock this and let it drop.

    If not, how's everyone? I did exercise today. I'm going to walk tonight. I'm down 5 pounds this morning! Exercise matters!

    So how are you?

      Cobra-- I've been stuck for long periods of time before. I lower my caloric intake (or up it) and then I add more exercise. I'm sorry you're plateau-d!

        I'm on Day 2 of re-induction and loving it! I'm not hungry, I'm resisting the candy on the desk next to me, and I'm already salivating over that steak in my fridge that I'll cook for supper. I also dusted off my Dance Dance Revolution pad this morning and busted a move for almost 40 minutes. It was so fun I didn't want to stop.

        Yes, that's all true.

          I'm doing good. I've been trying, keyword TRYING, induction for a long time, but I kept cheating. I wasn't getting any results. I had a bad encounter last Sat (went to a b-day party where my friend's father blurted out that I was putting on the weight). So, I guess his negative comment has kept me cheat free for 3 days (this is day 4). Night time is the hardest, so I hope I come back here tomorrow and say I've been cheat free for 4 days. I'm also exercising. I haven't owned a scale since I moved in July, which is a good thing. I'm not going to buy another until I can start fitting into my clothes again.

            Cobra- We will not have that poo poo attitude here! J/K... We all get stuck dude, just gotta ride out the storm....Its like running out of gas on the side of 95 in the middle of nowhere!!! Do what Cleo said, either lower or upper your intake, that is usually why u get stuck!

            Effie- Congrats on day two........Keep on truckin'

            Arielle- Stay strong.....I better see a cheat free for 4 days post from you tomorrow, or ill ask the girls to unleash the attack cats!! You can do it, I know you can!

            Cleo - 5 pounds, why you lucky lil........***t !!! Your sucha stinker Thats why I love you, always been attracted to foul oder! JUST KIDDING!! Thats wonderful girl, I hope my weigh in tomorrow gives me 5 pounds!

              Ooo... Tuesday check in. I went to the gym last night and had a lot of fun going out for bowling and Applebee's chicken wings afterwards. Nice to break the routine every once an awhile. I'll be going to the gym again tonight and will probably go for the full 5 mile run. I've been dying out just short at 4.5 miles as of last week. This will be my day.

                      Doing okay. Still here.. still not cheat free. But I am trying! I have never been past induction (the whole rung thing scares me), so there really is no restarting it ... just getting back to it one hundred percent.

                      Hurt my back, and it just seems to be getting worse as the day goes. I should exercise while I can.

                      Will check in tommorrow cheat free. Promise...

                        Hi all! To date I have lost 6 lbs! Yippeee! and I was able to get into 2 dresses and a pair of pants that I have not gotten into in 3 years!!! Yippppeeee!!! I am so excited! Now.....I just have to be careful and keep it up! If I am good girl, I can reach two-terville by December instead of waiting til Spring! If I do that, I will be my lowest weight since 1986, when I was in high school! Woohooo! something to look forward to!

                          Hi! I'm halfway into day six and I'm down five pounds. I bet it would be more if I could stop eating these damn suar-free chocolates. Aargh. Frustrating. My eating is so right on track besides this.
