    I eat only when hungry, so for me it tends to be three meals a day. I'm not a snacker anymore.

      I also only eat when i'm hungry which is 3 times a day and a snack sometimes.

        When I am working, I pack so that I can graze through the day. I find it keeps me away from the bad snacks, if I have a huge bowl of veggies sitting there waiting for me.

        At home, it is the opposite. If I am constantly in the kitchen, I KNOW I am gonna hit the nastys sooner or later.

        Daily Goals:
        No wasted carbs.
        Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
        Exercise 60 minutes 5x week
        Get in the right veggies.

          I eat 3 meals a day and sometimes a snack. I usually have a larger breakfast and lunch and smaller dinner.

            I am usually sticking to three meals a day with a few nibbles here and there of legal foods of course!

                IMHO...... SIX meals a day. Best way to rev that metabolism is to feed it! That and exercise.

                  I have been trying to do three meals a day, but I have always been a snacker so I am having to adjust. I am just trying to stay under the carb limit and not kill people who eat "the good stuff" in front of me.
