    I will go for a walk today.

    I won't eat the sugar-free candies.

    (Thought it would be good to get this down on paper so I'm accountable. Feel free to add yours.)

    I will exercise today even though hubby is going out of town and we usually exercise together.

    I won't cheat on my taxes! (I'm out of ideas this morning. I didn't get any sleep)







    BTW, stellar idea staying away from the candies. I've never had a sugar problem but those dumb things always made me want sugar! I've always had to count every darb in them because my body processed every carb! It's better to stay away from them. They're evil little meanies wrapped up in nougat and smothered with bad.

      What's weird is that I don't even like regular candy! I was just reading your cheat-free Halloween thread and thinking about how candy has never held any appeal for me. I guess I'm all topsy-turvy right now!

          Daily Goals:
          No wasted carbs.
          Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
          Exercise 60 minutes 5x week
          Get in the right veggies.

                  I won't have a sex change either! I am on the road to success...

                  ok, I will finsih my leftover cabbage with my chicken dinner tonight and I will not touch the kids mash potatoes!

                  1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                  what the rungs mean to me:
                  rung 1 - more veggies
                  rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                  rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                  rung 4 - berries, melon
                  rung 5 - wine -
                  rung 6 - beans, hummus
                  rung 7 - other fruits
                  rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                  rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                  Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                  (on to pre-maintenance)
