        wow girl!!!! great job!!! all the hard work payed off!! even with the few french fries and those choc. peices! good for you! tomorrow is my one week.... but i already been weighing in everyday. i dont have as much will power as you to stay away from the scales. hehe

          Thank you again everyone Like I said couldnt do it without you all. Im hoping next week gives me another big loss. I want to be like the dudes on the biggest loser, those guys are kicking serious butt! Matt who lost nothing last week, lost 17 pounds this week it was amazing. Watching that show helps me out But you guys are my backbone!

            Good job on the weight loss. I agree with you that this board is the backbone. I know that I could not do it without this board!

            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
            what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
            rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
            rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
            rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
            rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
            (on to pre-maintenance)
