  • I promise to...

    My committment to you today is to stick with the plan! I recently have been on strict induction for two weeks, then the past week, I have let carb creep back in. I haven't gained back, but I haven't lost this week and I know exactly what it is. Maybe that spoon of peanut butter?! Or that one glass of wine? In any case, I promise to you guys that I will make this WOL work for me. I am going for breakfast now. Two eggs and a sausage. Yum!
    Anyone want to make a promise to me today?!! Happy Friday!

    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

    I'm watching you, girl. One thing I NEVER do is make a promise I don't intend to keep.

      I promise that after weighing on Sunday that I will not get frustrated or wired if I still haven't lost anything....and will not cheat no matter how "off" I feel. Will NOT let my emotions get in the way of my eventual success.

        I promise not to go back into the breakroom and be tempted by the yummies all over the place.
        I promise to drink double water to flush out what I had to eat already
        I promise to have a total cheat free weekend, because I want to have good results on my next weighin.
