My committment to you today is to stick with the plan! I recently have been on strict induction for two weeks, then the past week, I have let carb creep back in. I haven't gained back, but I haven't lost this week and I know exactly what it is. Maybe that spoon of peanut butter?! Or that one glass of wine? In any case, I promise to you guys that I will make this WOL work for me. I am going for breakfast now. Two eggs and a sausage. Yum!
