    Oh, the frustration!

Hi...I haven't been around because I've been soooo busy with work and school, but I haven't gone off plan. I have been losing two pounds per week EXCEPT for this week...when to lose two pounds would have put me IN ONEDERLAND! So my stubborn body only lost one pound this week. Hey- I'll take it, don't get me wrong, but I just feel like UGH!!!!!!

    So how is everyone doing???

    Stef,

You will get there! Probably in a day or so you can do the onderland happy dance. You have come so far and you WILL SUCCEED! The only other option is to go backwards and you know you aren't going to do that. You can do it!

I've heard that body memory will sometimes have you stuck at a particular weight and then you'll have a whooshie! You'll be in onederland sooooo very soon!

      Congratulations on sticking with it!

Steph, I feel your pain. The exact same thing happened to me, once, as I was approaching a long awaited goal. I was losing quite steadily until I got to within one pound of the goal -- and then stopped, DEAD! It was weeks before that pound finally dropped; but, it took several more along with it when it did!

Keep on hanging in there. You will make it to wonderful Onderland, and the reward will be worth it all!
            -Chris
