    How are you all doing?
    This morning I was so excited seeing results. It’s been only three days and I lost 2 pounds and 1.9 inches! Great!

    Today's menu:
    B: Mushrooms and Cheese Omelette (2 eggs, 1.5 oz cheese, 1 tablespoon double cream, 3 water tablespoons, 4 very smalls mushrooms, 1 butter, fresh parsley)
    Dessert: Cheesecake (2.5 oz cream cheese, 0.6 egg, 1.3 fl oz double cream). I decided not to use any sweetener.
    L: Salmon (4 oz salmon fillet, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon chives, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 4.7 oz cauliflower, salt, ground black pepper)
    D: Salad (1 boiled egg, 3 leaves of lettuce, 1 tomato, 5 cucumber slices, 1 teaspoon mayonnaise)

    Cal 1181(F 73%, P 22%, C 5%). Net Carb 14g

    How do you think – is my fat intake too big?

      Hi! How are you doing? Still on a diet?
      My stomach is getting smaller and smaller and it helps me stay on the track. I drink water like crazy - I drink 4 litres almost every day.

        Your doing WONDERFUL!! Funny how people are different..... I noticed your starting weight....... DO you know what I would give to be down to your size???????? Even before you lost the first ounce!

        I've not listed what I've been eating... why? Good question. So far today I've had my eggs and sausage. I'll problably go back to what I was doing the first time....... a lot of eggs.... and a lot of salads and cole slaw. Funny how I can eat a bowl of slaw..... NOTHING else and that does me!

        Ok..... don't fuss.... I know not the healthyest way to do it...... but darn it I'm desperate! LOL...... should change my name to "Desperate housewife in VA" LOL Cause that is what I am.

        Oh cleo....... YOU should see the DVD of the last Bluegrass that we had in October! I swear it was the last straw for me. Funny how I can look/watch other people and to me they don't look any bigger on TV than they do in person...... but to myself..... looking at ME.... OMG am I huge! What a gut on me!
        At almost 300 pounds, Less than 200, October 2005 putting it back on!
