    Hey Cleo,

    that is great news for you girl! I'm happy for you, you are closer to onederland!

    I'm not feeling that great this evening (Wednesday). Got off work at 3 pm and just felt weak and not good at all. I got home and put my nighttie on, and still not feeling well. I budged and drank a few glasses of orange juice, and laid down a bit. Feeling a bit better than when I came home from work about 2 hours ago, but still not feeling normal.

    I am thinking of buying some more supplements like Magnesium and Potassium, etc, as I don't think my body is getting all the nutrients. This morning I did about 20 minutes on the eclyptical machine before work, and from the moment I got on, i was sweating so badly. It felt good though, and then when I finished I felt so dizzy and a bit weird. Not really sure what is going on with my body.

    maybe I just need a good night's sleep. Ramadan here finished today, thank God so now I will be able to actually eat some veggies at my desk instead of having to walk all the way to the other side of the office behind closed doors just to have a bite or two of cheese or whatever I had with me. (Atkins friendly of course). So now I am happy taht Ramadan here is over and I can cut veggies up and eat them while I'm working. Also with drinking water. I was putting my water bottle inside one oft h e storage rooms and wakling ther to drink water, but now I will be able to drink it in the open again.

    I told my husband maybe my body is just getting tired during the day because I'm not really able to eat int he open at work properly, so I don't think my calorie intake has been h igh enough.

    Anyways, just my two cents worth!

      Today I will eat Induction foods only, and I will be cheat free.

      I've fallen way off plan since Friday, but today I'm going to cowboy up.

            Mornin' all Still computer-less at home, so I'm posting from work. A beautiful sunny but chilly day...as long as it's not raining I'm happy

            Back on the no sleep pattern so I'm a bit tired. Doing well on the food front...appetite is not huge at all Still sticking with induction until I get down a bit more...will not be weighing for another two weeks and hope to see more than a 1/2 lb loss.

            Other than still dealing with the leg swelling, I'm feeling good

            Cleo...congrats on losing another 5 lbs! You are doing so great!!! You'll be seeing onederland in no time

            Hope everyone has a great and happy "Hump Day"!!!

                        I am doing as well as can be expected for a walking zombie.

                        "Godspell" (the show I am rehearsing for) is most definitely written for teens and early 20's people. I am 47.

                        I have NEVER ever done so much high energy dancing in my life.

                        Thanks "GODspell" I am shrinking.

                        I am supposed to weigh in soon, but I am getting scared. I keep telling myself "It's just a number, but I am so afraid of disappointment.

                        Maybe I'll wait...............

                        I think I am just exhausted and need to find areas to lighten up on myself in.

                            Hi everyone. I am having a pretty good Atkins day (if anything I should probably eat more), but my mother is visiting. She's enough to make even the most calm, cool and collected person dive into a cheesecake. Hello, stress! Luckily, she didn't bring me a peach cobbler and a chocolate cake - like she did the last time I started Atkins.
