    I am so glad you are doing well. Incidentally, I had oral surgery recently (all four wisdom teeth pulled) and I couldn't eat right for a week. I blended atkins friendly food in the blender and it really wasn't too bad and easy on the teeth. Of course, that doesn't help with nausea. Bleh. Poor thing. I am sending positive vibes your way.
    149.8/no weigh/ 119



    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

        glad to know you are alive and doing okay. be careful about creeping off cause you will get a blood sugar reaction and intestinal reaction to any higher carbs and those symptoms are not happy ones to be feeling right noiw.

              Hiya.........Its Sunday, im feeling halfway normal today. I went off my diet, but its ok, I actually lost weight because I cant keep anything down, not even crackers. Im hoping to majically wakeup and feel 100 percent better, but i know that wont happen anytime soon. Alls i really do is sleep, when I manage I get up move around a lil bit. My TOM is due, im all hemmed up from this surgery and feel like pppppooooooooooo pooooooooooo. Everytime my TOM is due I eat eat eat and cant breathe with my asthma, it does somethin to my hormones. Needless to say im struggling this week, really bad week to try to recover and get TOM. Thankyou everyone for thinking about me I really appreaciate it. HOpefully ill feel like myself in a few days and be back in full force...
