    Just my luck -- post induction stall!

    I lost 5 pounds this time during induction, and have only dropped one more in the two weeks since. Dang it! I know what it is, and I'm not -- by ANY MEANS -- giving up. Just irritated, that's all!

    Same boat. Happened when I started exercising.
    27 F 5' 7"
    Before baby: HW:230/195 after 6 months on Atkins
    After baby and current restart: 210/207/120

    Phase: Restarting a clean Induction as of 7/29/2007.

    Minigoals:
    To get thru my first week clean: (8/05/2007) Done! Yay! and 3lbs down :/ but at least it's a loss.

      Chris,

      I have been at 260 for three weeks now. I just posted down in the Century Club about the scale. I have not lost a pound, but I have shrunk. Are you taking your measurements?

        Post induction stall is just the worst. Sure puts a damper on your fire doesnt it?

        Hang in there............... because as you know, it does go away.

        Let your measuring tape be your best buddy! It sure can be a sanity saver.

                It will happen. The inches are coming off, the weight will follow. And, nobody can see the scale but you....everyone will notice that you are shrinking.
