Well since the past April i have slipped here and there. Alot of Birthdays in April and May. I know that is no excuse.. So after my first run at atkins I got down to 135. I started out at 168 I believe. Well now I am creeping back up the scale today at 147. So I am gonna nip this in the bud before it gets out of hand. I had also gotten lax about visiting the board after I reached my goal. But I can see now that, that was not the right thing to do. So here I am. I am going to start back into induction today.

! You can do this! I'm sure you will get back to your goal weight in no time and try to weigh yourself more often once you are at goal weight so you know when you go over again, and you can keep yourself in better check next time!
