I think she's referring to ozs. I have downed 80 already and it's going down good. I have a little bit of "metal mouth" and am cutting out my mints I used to down like 2 packs a day so water seems really good right now.
My goal is 160 oz I guess.Restarted 04/09/2007

42 ounces down. I am only going to 64 per day. Hey, I gotta have mini-goals.

1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
what the rungs mean to me:
rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
rung 4 - berries, melon
rung 5 - wine -
rung 6 - beans, hummus
rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
(on to pre-maintenance)
