  • Woohoo!! Working Again!

Hey all, I just thought I'd post here, and say... It's working again!!

1 week on from start.... 8lbs lost!

My shirt is baggy instead of tight... And i'm walking up the stairs in work... Floor 4 of 5!! 68 Stairs in total every morning!!

I just fear for my shrinking body, when i have a shruken Tattoo that I have to get re-done!

Good for you! No advice on the tatoos, as I have none, that sucks, but your getting to where you want to be! Good for you!!!

good for you. Ask Brook about tatoos as she had one before she lost weight so she could tell you it if messed up.

I can see a difference in the sideview photos - a bit of a 'dip' in the chest to tummy area.

                    Re: Woohoo!! Working Again!

Thanks for all the comments... it's very encouraging Let's just see what next week's photo call looks like

I'm kinda experimenting with things at the moment though... I'm weighing in daily, and noting my food daily... so that if one day seems to lose more weight than another, I can try that food out again, and see if that food is particularly good for the disapearing...

Maybe it'll work, who knows They can stay static... they can go down... as long as they just don't go up!!
