    Well I had a steak and a salad . Tomorrow night might have some shrimp and salad. Not sure though, that Broccoli and cheese soup sure sounded good, fixing to go look in recipe section for that one. We just had a cold front come through and here when it is 36 in morn we are freezing, lol. Another good one is spagettie squash with some shrimp cooked in butter.. kinda like a scampi.. good!

      I had some cauliflower "baked potato" last night! Oh, my goodness. Delicious. This WOE gets easier when you start looking at the recipes. Wow. I am having that one for Thanksgiving!

      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
      what the rungs mean to me:
      rung 1 - more veggies
      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
      rung 4 - berries, melon
      rung 5 - wine -
      rung 6 - beans, hummus
      rung 7 - other fruits
      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
      (on to pre-maintenance)

        You are making me hungry! What good ideas!

        We are having lazania and I think I will make myself the spinach lazania. With a side salid of spinach. I need cheese thanks for reminding me of super!

            We're having Bulgogi (korean steak) and Kim chi...it is absolutely delicious! I can't wait!
