I know what the answer is going to be, but I guess I need to hear it anyway. I bought these low carb wraps, 13 grams total. They are sooo convenient. It is just too easy to roll up some deli ham and cheese in the morning and go. Salads can be complicated and messy. 
Is it possible to have them and still keep the carbs under 20? Would that work or am I dreaming? Go ahead and let me have it. I am tough!

. However, since I am induction, I've been avoiding tacos altogether because I HAVE to HAVE the tortilla....nothing else will do.
