    So? Nu? Howdja do?

    I did not work out, but I ate well, drank my water, and am now indulging myself in a diet coke, which I do about once a month.

    I made it thru and will continue to make strides................ (ie: EXERCISE)

    My water intake could use a boost as well. Adding lemons to grocery list to make it more palatable to drink. (I go thru spells where I couldnt possibly get another glass of water down unless it has lemon slices in it.... Im in one of those spells right now)

        Weekend was good here...I was super bad at a gala I had to go to on Saturday night...it was an open bar..I stuck to my water there, but it sucked becuase it was crowded and the waiters only refilled my water once! Then for dinner it was stuffed chicken with carrots and baby potatoees so I stucked to the chicken which was so small, I was pretty hungry and resentful, so when they brought out cheesecake for desert I caved and had my slice. The first bite was great, but at the end I was like, that was sooo not worth it. I went home and binged on chicken salad and water, and got right back on Sunday morning and actually went down the 2.5lbs I was up from Sunday morning (contributiting it to cheesecake and water retention). There's my confession!!!

            Fin, ketosis....maybe, but I dont have the lack of hunger thing going on just yet. I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly want that to kick in.

              I am on week two of induction. I checked this morning and I am not in ketosis!
              I think that it might have something to do with a couple of low carb wraps last week. So, ha, maybe I wasn't doing induction properly. Ha. So, today is the day... again. I will be ketosis by Thanksgiving! I have my salad on my desk. Steak salad, yum. Boiled shrimp for dinner. Come on Thanksgiving, I am ready for you!

              rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)

              rung 6 - beans, hummus
              rung 7 - other fruits
              rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
              rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
              Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range

                Weekend went very well. Did not cheat and really didn't want to either My hunger is way down and I plowed through the stress by just keeping busy The best part if I'm feeling great!

                  Weekend went okay...I could kick myself though...Ugh! We went to Red Lobster on Saturday and I did sooooo good! I at my caesar salad, steamed yellow squash/broccoli, and shrimp scampi. I resisted the urge to eat some of my boyfriend's calamari and those yummy cheddar biscusts even..Well, I blew it Saturday night!!! I ate half of his left overs...Then I ate a bowl of cereal and then some Smarties! I was kicking myself (and still am)...I got back on the wagon on Sunday and am still on it now...

                  I'm really getting worried about Thanksgiving...We're going out of town to visit a friend and her family. I don't know how I'm going to do it...

                  Glad everyone else had a good weekend.
