I had a casserole like thing, it is eggs, bacon, spinach, a little onion mixed together and baked. I had a slice of that, and then about 1/3 cup romaine.
For lunch it is buffalo chicken dip (shredded chicken breast mixed with hot sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar and then baked-delicious!) on romaine, and a deviled egg or two.
Dinner I think is going to be taco salad meat mixture on the rest of 2 cups of salad, and some brocolli.
160oz of water throughout the day.
