  • Cooking and water

Many of us will be cooking and baking today. Drinking extra water will help keep us from popping things into our mouths we should not!
    I will have 128 oz

Im in for 100 oz today................ lots of cooking to do. And I have treated myself to several bottles of carbonated lemon water to aid in the process.

      Re: Cooking and water

160oz here and I have to work all day so I am not tempted right now. Luckily it's just us this year for Thanksgiving so I am not making much of anything that is a tempation, just a small portion of regular mashed, and stuffing for the kids, and some cookies and icecream (luckily I hate ice cream) or something I can get a small package of for the kids for desert.

        Re: Cooking and water

Almost up to 50 ozs already...not cooking anything until tomorrow...I elected to stay home for Thanksgiving so of course I'll be having all legal foods. I'll be busy cooking and taking care of getting my winter things out...not that too many of them fit, but they will soon enough How's that for optimism!!!
