OK bigjay. Time to get tough.

What the heck, man? You know you can do this. What went wrong? Let's knock this out so it doesn't happen again. Analyze what happened. What could you have done differently? What were the triggers? What are you going to do differently this time to stop this cycle? I don't mean to beat the crap out of you so early in the morning, but I have seen your success and I am going to see it again. You have to want it. Do you want it?

I dare you to sign up for boot camp. Right now. If you can make that committment starting the first week of December to get there, I want to see you do it.

I know you can do this!

actually I'd say forget you know you can do this forget how much you lost before. Be a surprized new to Atkins loser as those induction pounds jump off your body and wholy cow I can eat that and lose weight?????

Believe in the Atkins don't know you can have X not on the list and still lose believe as rule 5 says one bite is the kiss of death!

Watch your stasmina and endurance pick up as your lose weight and continue to do your daily work out . Be like Rocky on top of those steps whn you can increase your walking time spoeed or distance.
Post yippeeee i list X pounds on my induction and not wel I lost x but last time I lost x +y on indution.

Write down why you want to be the healthier smaller person and make lots of copies of that list leep them handy postee were you encounter food frame on on your desk ask your coworkers to be part of yor weight loss support network.
If you have reread those and still want that sees candy more then you want to be the healthier smaller person come tell us all about it cause i would love to know your reasoning in valuing that piece of candy more then yourself.

          Happy low carbing,

I find that the easiest way to stick to just about any diet is to always pre-plan your meals. It is an absolute must. This way you eat everything that was well thought out, and minimize the risk of eating something wrong spontaneously. If you still feel hungry after these meals, try and add a little more to your plate if the amount of calories you are to consume in a day allow you to, or simply glug down a glassful of water. Works everytime.

You can do it bigjay. You did it before (I was right with you last year before I got pregnant!) and you can do it again my friend.
