    Hi everyone

    I hope you are all doing goooood!!!! I just wanted to share that I have reached my MINI GOAL a week early ~WOOHOO~ Thanks for all of your support guys, I couldn't have done it without you

                  Wow, I remember, the first time around, setting various mini-goals on the way down. Nothing feels sweeter than getting to one, does it? I couldn't be happier for you!

                    About pre-maintenance....I was thinking about it, but I have only done induction off and on for 2 years... I'm kind of hesitant...It's funny too cuz I started to read about the different rungs and I'm thinking of moving on...

                      I am so impressed! Good for you. To set a goal and actually reach it. I haven't done that in so long. Hip Hip Hooray!
                      149.8/no weigh/ 119



                      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                      what the rungs mean to me:
                      rung 1 - more veggies
                      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                      rung 4 - berries, melon
                      rung 5 - wine -
                      rung 6 - beans, hummus
                      rung 7 - other fruits
                      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                      (on to pre-maintenance)

                        Honestly, it's such a great feeling! This was my first time actually reaching one of my goals. I just can't wait to reach my ultimate goal..hee hee

                          50 lbs lost. Sirine, what must you look like? Get us a picture. How will you reward yourself? And to reach it early too.

                            I know..when I think about it, I can't believe all that weight was on me
                            How will I reward myself.....hmmmm.....with a big bag of chips..JUST KIDDING! Cleo - I'm kidding...lol!!!!I don't know, maybe more clothes... or...Maybe my hubby might have a reward for me?????? Hey...get your mind out of the gutter

                              Second time arounder - started Atkins 2/2001 @440 lbs LOST 150 GAINED 110
                              Restarted 6/1/05 for the FINAL TIME @ 431 lbs Lost 80 Atkins
                              Came back 10/1 after losing 109 additional on Weight Watchers
                              Weight on 9/30/07 239.8! Lowest EVER!
                              If we aren't supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?
