    Good Morning!!

    Zara, where are you this morning??!! So glad to have you back.

    I am about to leave for work. Yesterday everything was covered with ice and today its in the 40's and beginning to rain. No wonder everyone I run into is sick! Makes you want to run around with a mask on!

    Today I am gonna start walking again. (Soooo wish I had a treadmill.... someday!) Exercise is what is missing for me and since I joined Cleo's NYE challenge its time to crack down and do it.

    Good Morning All Mornin' Terry....our weather here is so opposite from yours...warmish, muggy and we'll be having lots of rain today

    Work has been so busy I gifured I'd check in now...tired this morning. Didn't get to sleep until late as I was too wide awake. Will do a little exercise before work and that should perk me up.

      Good morning all!
      I'm here! Been cooking baby food and stuff this morning... forgot to eat breakfast myself so am starving now! Am going to make some low carb tomato soup and flax cracker with cheese - yummmy!
      LO is asleep so I get to watch Eastenders (British soap opera) and then cook some more food for her as my freezer is empty! Am having a baby food stock up over the next few days.
      I have bought a whole chicken and so am having roast chicken for dinner and then chicken salad for lunch. I will then make chicken jalfrezi (have great legal recipe if anyone wants it) for freezer/later in week and then boil up the bones for a salt free chicken stock for baby food. No waste there then!!!
      Off to see a friend and her baby later and will walk so can notch another 20 mins exercise up for this week taking me to 50mins so far. Gym tomorrow too.

        Can I have some of your rain??? Our weather is chilly and windy...and really dry! We need some rain.

        Already exercised...now just need to be sure to drink my water and stay on plan.

        This exercise thing is addictive. LOL

          Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday! I'm sooo sleepy though - I didn't go to bed early enough last night. If I don't get my 8 hours in, I'm useless.

          I didn't check in after Thanksgiving. On Thursday, DH and I did GREAT! We had so much legal stuff to choose from so I didn't think it was that hard (except for the MIL PUSHING everything on me - I didn't budge though). Saturday, we had Thanksgiving with my family. That was a little harder. I put a few nibbles of illegal things on my plate. I guess I could have done a lot worse. But I have been doing great in the exercise department. I just started doing Slim in 6 last week and I even got a workout in on Thanksgiving day! I have been doing that every day. It's hard on my knees but I am trying so hard to strengthen them. Not sure what the scales will say tomorrow because I feel like I am definitely building muscle with those workouts. I'll do measurements, even though it's kind of early to do them. Maybe there will be a slight difference. My clothes feel about the same.

            Hi Everybody,
            Terry, I accepted Cleo's New Year's Eve Challenge, too, and exercise is my problem, too. Shesh. She is tough, she can't just give us one thing at a time. She always wants us to be good, good, good and account for every little thing. Good gravy. She isn't around here anywhere, is she?

            So, Terry, let me know what you do for exercise today! I really want a treadmill, too, but hubby says we don't have a lot of room for it. (hmm maybe it has someting to do with his corvette in the garage.)

            Plus, we do live in Orlando. A cold front comes through tomorrow. It will be down to 70, so I guess I could easily walk outside. I don't know how you guys do it in the cold. I think I might just be lazy!
