    Cooked a chicken this evening which will be dinner for the next few days!!

      LOL, I dont know what kinda challenge im posting for, but lemme chime in here...

      Breakfast - Wasnt feelin so good

      Lunch- Salad with Buffalo chicken

      Dinner- Something small not feelin good

      H2O out the waaaazoooie, no exercise yet, will go for atleast a walk tonight and then back to the gym tomorrow

        Monday:

        Meals:
        Breakfast, 1 oz swiss cheese, 2 oz turkey
        Lunch, 2 oz turkey, 1 cup cauliflour potatoes
        Dinner, breadless blt

        Water:
        2.5 quarts

        Exercise: nada

        Supps, done

        Tuesday

        Meals
        Breakfast, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 oz swiss cheese
        Lunch, 3 oz tunafish w/ mayo
        Dinner, steak tips w/grilled onions, green beans

        Water: Im at 90 oz and will get another 32 in before nightfall

        Exercise: WATP 1 mile. I will get up to the 2 mile quickly.....promise

        Supps: done

          Ok, Cleo...here I am Better late than never, right?

          Monday: Breakfast: 2 fried eggs w/bacon..12 oz decaf coffee w/cream
          Lunch: 4 ozTurkey, lettuce, cuke and green pepper salad w/ranch dressing.
          Dinner: 4 oz Fried Pork Chop w/Mayo for dipping and 1 cup of mushrooms
          Snack: Diet Rite Jello w/ No carb whipped cream

          Exercised in the AM at home before work...bowled league at night..believe me...it's a workout!
          Water: approx. 140 ozs.
          Took all my supplements

          How's that???

          Bottm line...I feel great!!!

            Monday...Can I remember???

            B - 1.5 cans tuna w/2 tbsp mayo
            L - Wendy's Caesar Side Salad & Classic Double - plain, no bun
            D - Chicken breast & mock potatoes

            Water - approx 100 ozs

            Exercise - 20 minutes treadmill & 10 minutes stairmaster (think that's what it was)

              coming out of lurkdom to try this:

              Tuesday menu:
              b=2 oz. swiss cheese
              coffee with cr. and splenda
              l=baked b/s chicken breast with italian herbs
              d=grilled steak, broccoli, 1/2 diet 7 up
              water all day
              20 minute walk; no stationary bike (I hate it apparently)
              (note to self: spread vegetables through day; more exercise)
