Ok, Cleo...here I am Better late than never, right?
Monday: Breakfast: 2 fried eggs w/bacon..12 oz decaf coffee w/cream
Lunch: 4 ozTurkey, lettuce, cuke and green pepper salad w/ranch dressing.
Dinner: 4 oz Fried Pork Chop w/Mayo for dipping and 1 cup of mushrooms
Snack: Diet Rite Jello w/ No carb whipped cream
Exercised in the AM at home before work...bowled league at night..believe me...it's a workout!
Water: approx. 140 ozs.
Took all my supplements
How's that???

Tuesday menu:
b=2 oz. swiss cheese
coffee with cr. and splenda
l=baked b/s chicken breast with italian herbs
d=grilled steak, broccoli, 1/2 diet 7 up
water all day
20 minute walk; no stationary bike (I hate it apparently)
(note to self: spread vegetables through day; more exercise)
