  • whatchya eatin tonite?

    I was just looking throught the recipe sticky ...and can I say ..mmm..mmm..mmm!

    Tonight I am having:

    Faux mashed cauliflower
    pan fried chicken breast
    topped w sauteed onion and mushrooms
    with a lettuce, green pepper and cucumber salad



    and for dessert I am having:

    2 T Cream cheese heated in the microwave for 12 secs, then just sprinkle a little splenda and lick w spoon....(poor man's dessert...lol) It's just quick!

    What about you guys??????

    p.s. We need more recipes in that sticky...please and thank you!!!

    Tonight is steak (marinated in beer & garlic all day!) with eggplant parmesan. Delish. Dessert will be chamomile tea!

        I had some steak and some stir fried vegetables.

        It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
