    Good morning all

    Hope you are having a nice day.

    I have just been to the gym - 40 mins cardio - so that takes my total so far for the week to 90 minutes.

    Skipped brekkie again (sorry - just can't stomach it) and had soup and then homemade burgers for lunch so am now very full!!

    Am off to my parents tonight so not sure what I'll eat but my Mum knows it needs to be Atkins friendly!

    See you all again tomorrow

    Having a low-carb lunch, pork medallions and cauliflower. Been thru almost a gallong of water already--- something I haven't been good at lately.


    Boy, when you get used to drinking a lot, you really WANT it!

    Ketostix were DARK pink today, I'm so glad I didn't fall off the wagon for Thanksgiving (at least not totally).

      Where is everyone?
      Change of plan for me thanks to a leak in the roof and a plumbers visit, I am now staying at home. Am having Chicken Jalfrezi and spicy cauliflower for dinner.

        Been very busy with school and other boards. But I'm doing well, full of energy despite a slight cold of some sort. Drinking that water really helps. Started working out again, too, and that feels really good - especially at the end, lol!

        I'll try to get back on later tonight to check in more extensively!

          Hi All...just got home a little while ago and very busy at work. Hardly anytime to breathe. All that said, I'm doing great! Exercised this morning at home and bowled league tonight.

          I'm finding once I get started in the morning, I'm quite energetic which i love Drinking tons of water and the scale is finally moving...due a bit to stopping some medication. Doctors are testing for a month to see if the meds are in fact the major part of the weight gain and fluid retention....so far i think it is

          Sunday I will weigh again to see how it's going.

          Hope everyone's evening was a good one!

              Whhooo hoooo....did RIU again Wednesday and really worked hard on abs...since I have NO muscles there...
              Ate breakfast food b,l,d....missed veggies. Don't yell...I'm going to the grocery today
