Hope you are having a nice day.
I have just been to the gym - 40 mins cardio - so that takes my total so far for the week to 90 minutes.
Skipped brekkie again (sorry - just can't stomach it) and had soup and then homemade burgers for lunch so am now very full!!
Am off to my parents tonight so not sure what I'll eat but my Mum knows it needs to be Atkins friendly!
See you all again tomorrow

Drinking tons of water and the scale is finally moving...due a bit to stopping some medication. Doctors are testing for a month to see if the meds are in fact the major part of the weight gain and fluid retention....so far i think it is
