    Im running a bit late but wanted to say hello before I run out the door this morning. 50 plus degrees yesterday and this morning it is 25 out there. My car door was a bit frozen after all of yesterdays rain.

    Ive already got a quart of water in before leaving for work and will down another on the way in. That outta keep me hopping to the little girls room all morning........

    Happy Thursday everybody...... Getting closer to the weekend all the time.

    Whoops one more thing....Zara, I would like to see that chicken recipe if you have time to type it in. Im up for something different and chicken is a staple around here.

      Good Morning Terry...and everyone Feel good this morning and it's cold out...Terry we are similar in weather...60+ yesterday nd 30 ish today...too much of a shock to the system.

      Already got in a little exercise to perk me up and now making my meals for work. If I don't "move it" I will be late...but I just had to check in to say Hi Can't wait for the weekend!

        Good morning, I am with you! I just can't wait for the week-end. <sigh>
        I did great yesterday. I stayed under 20 g., drank all 100 oz. of water AND exercised again. Two nights in a row. I am totally out of control! In a good way.

        what the rungs mean to me:
        rung 1 - more veggies
        rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
        rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
        rung 4 - berries, melon
        rung 5 - wine -
        rung 6 - beans, hummus
        rung 7 - other fruits
        rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
        rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
        Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
        (on to pre-maintenance)

          Morning all
          Pottering around today. Doing some chores and looking after my bubba. It's cold and wet outside and nice and cosy in the house
          Unfortunately, I can't get out for a walk as I have a leak in my kitchen ceiling that I need to keep an eye on until the plumber comes on Saturday. Had to cancel tomorrow's plans too. At least I'll get all my stuff around the house done!
          Hubby is away on business but gets home Sat morning so not long now.
