    Hi everyone

    I just wanted to let you all know that I am leaving to Toronto tomorrow and I just wanted to say bye for now...I don't think I will have access to a pc. (I hope I do) If so I will definitely check in and see how you all are doing!!!

    I am happy to say that I am now at 128!!!!!!!!!! It feels so good to be in the 120's again... *sigh* and I will keep going even if I am not in the comfort of my own home...I'm going for 1 MONTH!!!!! ahhhhh...and staying at my INLAWS....ahhhhhh...lol...jk...They aren't that bad..well...

    HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL OF YOU AND HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!


    P.S.... I will be taking pics tonight so hopefully I will be able to post them before I leave.......

    Take good care of yourself and don't stray too far. Try to check in every chance you get. I know that Toronto has internet bars...

    I bet you look absolutely amazing and sexy at 128! Wow!!!

    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

      So happy for you reaching those 120's!!

      Have a great trip and enjoy the holidays... bring back pics! By all means if you can scope out a pc drop in and say hello.

              Have a great trip. I'm sure Toronto will be a great place to spend the holidays -- I mean, if Toronto doesn't have the perfect Christmas weather, no place does!

              Do keep in touch, stay safe, and return to us even a few pounds lighter!
