    Veggies are hard for me,because I am not a veggie eater, never have been. The eextent of what I will eat is like lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and once in a while broccoli raw. Oh and green beans. The rest of the vegies I eat are the no no kind!! LOL .I am going to go today and get and try that jicama stuff becuase I ahve seen a few recipes that sound good. Last time around I tried the mock taters with the cauliflower and all i could taste was the cauliflower.... YUCK!!!
