Late Monday check in thread

I know its a little late in the day but figured I would start on to see how you are all doing.

It is pretty quiet around here today!

Star......... what a great idea for a post. Holiday treat recipes. I havent gotten into many sweets with low carb so I dont have anything right off the top of my head to add to the thread but Ill come up with something. Your cookies sound good though. I just may make em for Christmas. (Staying away from sweetened items right now or I would love to make up a batch tonight!)

DD came home from work with a head cold tonight. Lysol spray here I come right behind her so those nasty germs dont get anyone else! Especially moi!

I've had two good days in a row. It's getting easier to string good days together. Food on plan and a 20 minute walk in the cold and snow.
