    I forgot how much I enjoyed pork rinds both as a snack and as a breading for chicken and stuff..... I am so glad I walked down the potatoe chip Isle in the store and remebered them!!!

    Hmm, thanks for the reminder. I haven't touched a pork rind since I've been back on the wagon. I'll have to remember to pick up a bag the next time I'm in the supermarket. Before, I used to have the "French toast" with sausage almost every Sunday morning. I just may have to try that, again!

      LOL I was just saying to JD ,who can't eat eggs, that I really enjoyed the french toast. I will have to find the recipe again!

        I've made breaded mozzarella sticks with the crushed pork rinds, basil, etc. It was pretty decent.

          Ohhhh Ilove mozzarella sticks!!!! Just gave my cousin a 4 pound bag of them out of my freezer
