I weighed myself this morning and I am 189!!! I'm pretty excited. Also, I started exercising for the first time in a couple of months on Saturday and I've done the Walk Away the Pounds (1 mile for beginners) 3 days in a row! 4 if you count today, because after I finish doing computer stuff, that's where I'm headed! I'm so happy that I just wanted to share my news with everyone!
