  • Day 15

    Well today is day 15 of a Clean, cheat free, no franken foods induction! Although I dreamt last night that I gave in to an Almond Joy Bar and knew what I was doing in my dream... bad stuff! Anyway to get to my point..... I am down to 219 from 233 for a loss of 14 pounds and I only measure the two areas that are most important to me because I have to get out of here, I have lost 4 inches on my waist and 3 inches on my abdomen.

    Today may be the last time I can wear the pants I am wearing for my job interview, they are practically falling off and no belt loops. It's kind of a shame since I have only worn them twice before. Oh well It Feels GOOOD!!!!!!!!

    Alrighty I ahve to go put make-up on my new skinnier face and put clothes on my new skinnier body to hopefully go get me a brand new job

      Wow, good job! That is so exciting. A new job ( hopefully) a new body and a new year. Good for you! Let us know how it goes...

      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
      what the rungs mean to me:
      rung 1 - more veggies
      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
      rung 4 - berries, melon
      rung 5 - wine -
      rung 6 - beans, hummus
      rung 7 - other fruits
      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
      (on to pre-maintenance)

          That is superb! You are losing weight so fast soon you'll have to put rocks in your pockets just to keep from blowing away when you sneeze.

            That's awesome anlhess -- good for you! Keep up the good work. Week three can be a bummer for some (it was for me, both times around), in that you may experience a stall. If this happens -- don't let it get you down. Just keep on track, drink even more water, exercise a little harder, and you'll be fine.
