    Merry Christmas!

    Like many others I am running around today in more directions than I can count.

    It is time to take a break, float around ADBB and wish my STAC friends a wonderful low carb holiday.

          Hey, and a great big MERRY CHRISTMAS from me, as well. As I'm sure you all fully understand, I literally have only moments to spare for ADBB (I'm baking a low carb cheesecake at this moment!), but I couldn't possibly not take at least a few seconds to wish eveyone in STAC a wonderful and blessed holiday.

              Hi Everyone As always, Holidays are a crazy time....plus I worked job #2 today and I'm beat.
