Thanks Chris... and yes, at times I feel blessed to live in an amazing country. Have to say though that it's not the easiest place in the world to live the Atkins WOL... there are soooooo many temptations! But, maybe having had more than twenty years of those temptations helps... and the veggies are wonderful! So far so good!
