So I've come back to Atkins for I think the 4th time now. I've lurked on the boards and posted some. I've found that for the most part everyone is really friendly and helpful. I have to tell you that I recently attempted a commercial weight loss plan that had boards and they were terrible. 
The people there were catty and mean. I saw a whole bunch of threads where one group of people were harrassing another and trying to get her to quit the boards (and I assume the program), I was so unimpressed. I felt like I was in high school. At any rate I'm glad to be back here and I hope that this time I can make it.
