day 1 was cool. no problems.
day 2 was a bit rough on me. i ate alot. low carb stuff of course, but i ate a considerable amount more than day 1.
day 3... just finished up with lunch. doing very well... so far.
i am still drinking diet pepsi, but i have cut WAY back on that. i'll swap it out for diet rite as soon as i can get to the store.
i was drinking 6+ sodas a day... some days even 10 or 12.
day 1 i drank 2 sodas and drank water the rest of the day.
day 2 i drank 3.5 sodas (the bad carb cravings were sorta strong yesterday)
and so far today i have had 1 soda... i can count on having at least one more. i don't really have a problem with that either. i feel better knowing i'm getting alot more water in my system and alot less soda.
so, life is good for now. i am already down 3.5 pounds (water weight, but it's nice to see once i quit stuffing my face with crap food that my weight starts to adjust). thats all i know.
