Hi everyone,
This is what seems like my thousandth time at restarting Induction. I am on day 10 and hanging in there. I am so proud of myself because today my husband and I went to get some Chinese food (buffet) and I didn't cheat. I have to admit I was VERY tempted!!
But I stuck to my shrimp, chicken and veggies. This was the kind of restaurant that had the raw ingredients you could choose from and your meal was cooked on a grill for you. I know there's a name for it, but I can't recall what it is right now.
Anyway, 5.5 pounds have gone, even though it seems like I haven't lost any inches--I'd take centimeters at this point...anything. I'll just have to stick with it, I guess...I really have no choice. I really want to make this time work like it did for me in 2002, when I had lost 24 pounds and I was down to 138. It was awesome!! I want to feel beautiful again, and dress in my size 6 jeans I wore then.
Sorry to go on and on....I'm so grateful for this board. It's such a blessing.
