as you can see Cleo's back to active status and enjoys all the privildges the rest of the mods emeritus have ( which is the same as all the other members) and can come back to ADBB when she is ready.

I miss her, too. I know they are keeping her busy over there, though. I went for a quick visit myself, but I didn't post anything. She is just too funny to do without.

what the rungs mean to me:
rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
rung 4 - berries, melon
rung 5 - wine -
rung 6 - beans, hummus
rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
(on to pre-maintenance)

I gave it a real try, I tried to bribe her, I tried a little blackmail her and I tried tears. The women is hard....Hard I say Cleo....(incase she peeks in)
If you guys PM her maybe she'll come to pick up her mail and then we can capture her. She is a part of our family and I for one will feel more comfortable having her HOME where she belongs.
