Hershey's candy bar

Just wanted to share

I was switching purses this afternoon and found buried inside a full sized Hershey chocolate candy bar. I stared at it in horror. Then I caressed it and gently told it how bad it was for me and our relationship was over. I handed over to my hubby, who hates chocolate, and he ate it so I wouldn't have to look at it any longer.

If I can pass up Hershey's, I can pass up anything!

This morning I was cleaning out my work bag and came across my Travelers Chocolate. It's a small, very cool round tin that contains wedges of bittersweet chocolate. Because it's in a tin, it can be carried around in bags (hence the term travelers chocolate) and not get crushed or destroyed. I tried to give it to my son, but he doesn't like bittersweet chocolate. My fiancee is on Atkins as well, so I can't send it to him. I think I'll give the chocolate to my sister and keep the tin so I can smell it occasionally.

woo hoo good job. What greater love can a hubby have then eating a food he doesn't like just to say his wife. I hope you gave him a big hug.

That was incredibly sweet of him!

(But why did he eat it at all? Why not just throw it away?)

good for you! the other day i found reeses peanut butter cups..... sigh.... BUT i threw them in the trash and im so happy i did! im not going to screw up all this hard work for a few minutes of chocolate.

I'm impressed. For some reason there is a bag of chocolate pieces in my refrigerator and Ill be darned if I know why or when they appreared. I need to discuss that with DH and see if he knows why
