    Starting over -Again-

    Hello ALL

    I did the Atkins Diet about2 years ago and went from 185 to 150...Since then I have gone way off course and I am now back at 190.2 lbs, I am committed to do it again and stay on track.... here are some pix and maybe looking @ them everyday when I log on will help keep me motivated..... I don't want to do this... post my pics... but it has to be done- ( I need a kick in the butt to stay on track )
