    Hello -

    I am no stranger to Atkins, and have lurked on this board before, but just recently decided to register.

    This is my second try at the Atkins WOL. The only reason I stopped the first time is because I was on a supplement that did not agree with my body, skewing my Atkins results. I now am only supplementing with vitamins and essential oils and I feel fantastic!

    I am an ex-smoker (Feb will be 3 years for me - woo-hoo!), who gained 35 pounds after quitting, and I figure that if I could conquer ciggies, I certainly can conquer silly old food!

    I am planning to do an extended induction. I feel great so far - I am not so tired or cranky like I was when I ate tons of nasty carbs all day long.

    So anyways, I am just saying "hi" - and that I hope I can help or inspire someone someday the way so many Atkins Way of Lifers have inspired me.
