    I'm back!

    Hi Everyone,

    Some of you will remember me, I was on this board from February 2005 until October when I tripped then really fell off this WOL! I had gotten down to 211 pounds, then everything fell apart! I'm back up to 246 but determined to eat right, exercise and drink my water and get myself together again. I had a real wake-up call, my cholesterol is back up to 355!!!! Chriss
