    Hopping back on the wagon

Where to start? I tried Atkins a few years ago and did really well with it. I lost about 70 lbs and then I fell off the wagon, never to return again....until now. Unfortunately, I have gained back every pound I lost and a few more
I am really frustrated with myself for allowing that to happen but I realize my frustration is only making it worse. I've tried to get back on the wagon a few times but it's really hard to do when there's no support. Sooooo, I've made up my mind that I'm getting back on that wagon beginning today and I'm hoping you guys will be my support and encouragement and also the ones who'll give me that kick in the butt when I need it.

Wel;come to Atkins and STAC. You will find a lot of support here. I hope you stay is a long one and before long you will be a big "looser"

You couldn't have chosen a better place for support and encouragement than right here. Congrats for getting back on the wagon.

Can you tell me more about that? Sounds like something I'd be interested in.
